On 23 June 2026 the Scientific Board of the Royal University of Law and Economics convened a meeting on the plan to establish a Law Master's Programme (1+1), chaired by H.E. Prof. Luy Channa, Rector of RULE and Chair of the Scientific Board.
The meeting followed earlier work in May 2026 on syllabuses for a planned Master's Programme in International Relations and a Master's Programme in Khmer-Chinese Law (1+1), both targeted to launch in 2027.
