RULE's campus in Phnom Penh carries a full student life alongside academic study: moot court teams that compete internationally, student clubs, and events run by the faculties and the English Language Institute through the year.
The moot court programme is the most visible of these. Since 2016 RULE teams have argued in Vienna, Geneva, The Hague, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Beijing, Nuremberg, Kathmandu and Cebu, and in 2026 took the National Championship at the Cambodia Moot Court Competition.
