RULE graduates go into the courts, the ministries, the law firms and the banks — and increasingly abroad, through the dual-degree routes with Southwest University of Political Science and Law in Chongqing and the University of Akron in the United States.
The strongest career preparation at RULE is not a careers office. It is the Law Clinic, which places students in supervised legal work, the moot court programme, which puts them in front of practising judges and arbitrators, and the experience-sharing sessions the faculties run each term with alumni who are now practising.
Several of the firms on the Global Partnerships page took their first RULE intern through exactly that route.
