Dual-degree routes abroad

RULE offers two full English-taught degree programmes: the English Language Based Bachelor of Law (ELBBL) and the English Language Based Master of Law (ELBML). Both are taught entirely in English by faculty holding an LL.M. or PhD.

In December 2024, ELBBL became the first programme at RULE to receive full programme-level accreditation from the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC). The Faculty of Public Administration also teaches its Bachelor of International Relations in English, which has since received its own full ACC accreditation.

The degrees

Bachelor of Law (ELBBL)

The first RULE programme to receive full ACC accreditation, in December 2024.

Master of Law (ELBML)

Includes a dual-degree pathway with the University of Akron.

Bachelor of International Relations

Taught in English by the Faculty of Public Administration; fully accredited in its own right.
