RULE is a public administrative institution under the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sport, established by Sub-decree No. 89 ANK/BK of 27 July 2007. Programme-level quality is assessed separately, by the Accreditation Committee of Cambodia (ACC).
Two RULE programmes currently hold full programme-level accreditation from the ACC. Both were assessed by on-site evaluation.
